Is the packaging discreet?
Yes — plain, unbranded packaging. No product names outside. Every parcel is tracked (updates by email).
Are your products body-safe?
Yes — we curate from reputable brands using body-safe materials (medical-grade silicone, ABS, stainless steel, borosilicate glass) with CE/RoHS conformity and low defect rates. For lubes, use water-based by default; check each product page for silicone- or oil-compatibility.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to: AT, BE, DE, FR, IT, NL, PT, ES.
Discreet, tracked delivery to all listed countries.

How long does delivery take?
We dispatch in 1–3 business days. EU delivery is usually 3–7 business days depending on destination and carrier — estimates only (no guaranteed dates). Large or mixed orders may ship in multiple parcels at no extra cost. See Delivery for more details.
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is handled by Stripe. Pay with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Local instant banking appears by country: iDEAL (NL), Bancontact (BE), EPS (AT), Klarna Pay Now. Klarna Pay in 3/Pay Later may be offered if eligible. No bank transfer and no Cash on Delivery. Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant provider over TLS/HTTPS with 3-D Secure/SCA when required.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn’t shipped yet, email orders@erolounge.store and we’ll try to update or cancel. After dispatch we can’t reroute or modify addresses. If a parcel is undeliverable / uncollected / refused and returns to us, we can reship for an additional shipping fee or refund the product price minus the original outbound shipping and the carrier’s return fee. We don’t merge orders.
Returns & warranty?
We offer 14-day returns on unopened/unused items via our RMA procedure (request an RMA before sending anything back). Refund covers the product price + the cheapest standard shipping option; return postage is paid by the customer (unless it’s our mistake). All products are covered by the EU 2-year legal guarantee on defects. If anything arrives damaged or missing, keep all packaging, take photos, and email orders@erolounge.store within 48 hours. If the box looks damaged at handover, accept and note “PACKAGE VISIBLY DAMAGED.” See details & RMA.
